Orange, Fawn and Cream are agouti based colors with non-extension (ee). Torts are selfs with non-extension (ee), so it is very common to get oranges/fawns from tort-cream parents. I personally call brown eyed darker ones orange, lighter brown eyes fawn, and blue eyed cream.

I never bother evaluating mine until 8 weeks, and I don't know anything about polish, but from the pics the blacks, especially #1, look pretty nice in their pics from the top.

I raised them for a year. I think their weight is 6-7 lbs. They are great meat and fur rabbits if you raise them to 16 weeks. Pretty silvers!

He could with another doe that is not a tort, orange, cream. The "ee" the doe has will prevent the chestnut from happening.

Oops sorry. Your doe is aa B_ C_ D_ ee and your buck is A_ B_ C_ D_ ee. The ee is the "non-extension" gene. It means your doe would be broken solid black, if the ee was not there. That is what makes the orange show. Your buck would be chestnut without the ee.
