This is the first litter of my grey-white doe (cant find a name...), she is a very quiet charakter, was stressed out and mobbed by Fury and Shrew to the point that she rarly left her box, after 2 months in her own hutch she starts to open up, friendly, calm girl, I'm quite happy that I kept her.

And she has a great first litter, 10 kits (ok, one is a runt, but gets along fine), nice colours(white, grey?, agouti, fawn, broken fawn, and broken grey/agouti?), and not skittish at all . Too bad it's close to impossible to sell rabbits this time of the year.

Litter born June 18th 2016, to a 2nd time mom, "Cow" NZ/Flem cross Chinchilla grey colour (both parents) 9 kits in total


Litter born June 19th 2016 to a first time mom, "Chinnie" Giant Chinchilla/Flem cross Dark Grey colour (sire is NZ/Flem in Chinchilla grey My herd buck, only servicing buck) 10 kits in total.


Litter born June 23rd 2016 to a 2nd time mom, "Chicken" NZ/Flem cross in Chinchilla grey (both parents) 8 kits born, 6 surviving.



Very excited by the first litter! genetic astound me! All kits are healthy and doing fine! My rabbitry is up to 45 rabbits currently. No plans to breed again this year.

here are the kits I posted before. In the pics they are 2 weeks. They are 4 weeks now, but I need to upload more pics. And, what do you know, they are all bucks! :roll:

This is my litter born on Saturday. The dam is pure Holland and the sire was a Dutch Dwarf cross... looks like a blue otter, 2 blues and 2 blacks! Super nice kits, very happy with this breeding!

I will definitely need to remember that! It's so hard to take pictures of kits, they are just too wiggly.
