This is a Sallander (the actual breed). Developed in Holland in the 1970s from Thuringers and Chinchillas. This one is from the UK where they're recognised, as well as all of Europe and Scandinavia.
In the UK, this colouring in other breeds has been officially known as Iron Grey for some decades, from before the Sallander breed first arrived.
