If it makes you feel any better ( i know it wont make the cat feel better ) Flea collars keep fleas of the animals neck, sure the neck feels better but the fleas still bite everywhere else. I use Bio spot on my cats seems to work ok, but then again you have to be careful , because the flea oils dont always go well with and animals body, for instance my cousins cat cant use bio spot it makes her lathargic, so they have to use advantage......sorry rambleing....
