Hi i was wondering if its possible to breed a netherland dwarf doe to a french lop male.I heard that it was okay cuz babies at birth are kinda the same size is it true?

No???
Netherlands are around 2 pounds and French lops are around 10-12 pounds, that's a massive size difference and very dangerous if the Netherland is the Doe and even dangerous for the Kits if the doe it big and they're not

I agree with @RabbitsOfTheCreek here. Even though kits of different breeds are pretty close in size at birth, both of the breeds in question have massive heads (relative to their bodies), which in itself can cause kindling problems. And Netherland Dwarf does, being on of the smallest breeds of all, already tend toward problems with kindling.
If you used a Netherland Dwarf buck on a French Lop doe, I wouldn't expect a problem, but why would you want to breed those two? If you want a smaller lop, Holland Lops (around 3 lbs) are pretty easy to find, and Mini Lops (around 5lbs) are available in some places as well.
