Is there any chance that any of you Mini Lop breeders will be at the Fresno show on May 16???

I am literally the ONLY Mini Lop breeder within 100 miles of where I live. Everyone else has Hollands...

Bandit, are you on FaceBook? If so, post on California Rabbit Shows that you are looking for Mini Lops and hoping to have some brought to the Fresno show. Even if the breeder isn't going, you can arrange transport with someone from the group. In state transport usually runs about $20.

*Edit* Whoops. It is a closed group. If you PM me your FaceBook name, I can add you.

I use my moms account. lll pm the username to you. I'll be bringing my bucks to the show so I can maybe find compliments to produce show quality kits. When I first started breeding, I had no intention of showing, just to sell as pets so neither of my rabbits are show quality, so I want does that will compliment them

Hey, where are Sagebrush's new pics? :?

Well Zass here I have a few pics of the latest kits. Lop, a half lop cross, and Quinn, a Jersey Wooly, they were born 2/22/2015. Lop appears to me to be a red agouti, nice clean white belly. Quinn is a Tri Jersey Wooly. Fluffy and cute!

buckling (800x600).jpg This little guy has eyes that are more blue than brown. Not really sure what you would call that color :? . Though I will tell you he is a broken magpie. :p

Sorry, I for sure won't be! I think MamaSheepdog's suggestion is a great one! Best of luck to you in finding some!

She is, and so sweet. When I got her she didn't have a name and well Lop stuck. Her sister... Flop... totally deserves her name. She flopped as a mom and flopped as being a sweet loving bunny. So she will "flop" into the crock pot next week.

I just can't stop taking pictures! 3 day old Mini Lops. They cooperated so well for some group photos this morning. (They exhausted themselves first popping about).

CHestnut looks like wild bunny color to me.
That is exactly what it is. :D

Here's the whole litter, with colors labeled for comparison.

That Lilac on the end might be a lilac...or it might be a steel. Out of a steel, there really isn't a way to tell without test breeding

WOW, my camera REALLY distorts sizes.

I love those chestnuts Zass.

Whw... love the brokens.

Ahhhhhhhh chocolate otter from Bandit!!! Love the shading.

.... and a bunch of little snowballs from Silver Cloud.

I can see how everyone ends up with so many. It has to be hard not to collect all the colors.

Thank you :)..... I was sad to discover that both of them are bucks.... I wanted to keep one

I did breed the doe again a few days ago (seeing as how she's currently my only working die, I need to increase production), so hopefully I'll get a chocolate otter doe out of the next litter I can keep. The last 2 litters (the current one and the one before that) out of my herd sure and this doe had the exact same number of the same colors (3 Black Otter, 2 Chocolate Otter, and 2 REW), so there's a chance that it could happen again. If I keep a doe out of them and breed back I could get Lilac Otter kits, which I kind of want.... I'm kind of wanting a Fawn or Tri (or both) Mini Rex doe because I think they are gorgeous.
