It is very hard to find show quality bew, if you are intrested in showing it is best to find a nice rabbit and don't worry about colour just yet. There are few points in the Holland standard for colour, conformation is just so much more important.

Isn't E. Cuniculi a parasite (protozoan) like Cocci? I would cull a kit with head tilt or with a weak immune system but wouldn't cull the parents right away. Do you do any preventive deworming?

She's gained some weight and seems happier, but hind legs are still poking out at a weird angle, I'm thinking she might have sustained an injury to her back somehow and the other issues were caused by her lack of mobility.
