I sent in my entry's for my rabbits to a open show and sent in my kids rabbits for a 4-h show. I had till the 7th to send in changes. I was on vacation when I sent off the entry's so did not have all the tattoo numbers. I sent a email last night which was the deadline for changes. checked the emails this morning and my email for the kids was sent back. It said their was no account with that email. What do I do now. there is no phone number to call for the 4-h show. I double checked the email address and it is the correct one written on the show paperwork. I sure hope they will still take the kids entry's I already paid.<br /><br />__________ Wed Jan 09, 2013 3:54 pm __________<br /><br />I decided to just show up with the kids and print off the email that was returned. Hopefully they will except that. If not I will ask for the money back as they did not print off the correct email. I now have the carry cages ready. I only had two that had pans. I got a cage pan and made a three hole carrier it turned out quite nice. I also spray painted one of the carriers as I could not get it cleaned up and all the rust off it. Thank goodness for Rustoleum. Love that stuff. I got them all tattooed on a few weeks ago but I was messy with the ink. I can not get off all the excess ink so hopefully they will just laugh and figure a novice did it. How else do I get the rabbits ready to show. I will trim nails tomorrow. My new zealand buck has some yellow on him from pee wars. Do I just wipe him down with a rag and not worry about it? should I bathe him? Tomorrow I will pick up the smaller water bottles and will fill some tp tubes with hay for the day. Any other things I should prepare?

As long as the tattoo's are legible I wouldn't worry about it. As to the 4-H show, could you call the county extension agent or whoever sponsors that chapter? Soap and water won't usually get pee stains off white fur. Your buck would show better without the stains. I've read that a little white vinegar helps remove stains.

Thanks majorv I will try the vinegar on my buck. The person from the 4-h show contacted me last night so I was able to send her the proper information. My one son decided it would be to long of a day so it looks like a girl day.
