My daughter got a breeding trio of champagnes from my friend they seem to have wry neck sat we had an emergency with my cow and the temp got into 90s we lost the buck and one of the does. My vet said they probably sucumed due to the stress of wry neck with heat on top of that we had babies born that day and they were fine should i bring this up to the breeder?

I would definitely let the breeder know. I keep in touch with the people I have sold my rabbits to, for that very reason. So far there have been no signs of illness, but one perished from heat stroke when the temps rose into the hundreds.

Does the doe with the kits have wry neck too?

Yeah I'd want to know, it might be something the breeder better check in his/her own herd.
