Can someone please tell me what kind of rabbit I have? I have did a little research and I think he is a French lop rabbit. However, I am not sure. The more I read, the more I get confused. I have attached some photos. Thanks!

These photos he was 7 LBS 14 OZ (the second photo with him in the towel was at the Vet's office). These photos were taken almost 2 years ago. He is almost double the size now.

Looks more like a Holland lop. I seriously doubt he's more than a few lbs. at most 5-6 lbs.

Actually in these photos he was 7 LBS 14 OZ (the second photo with him in the towel was at the Vet's office). These photos were taken almost 2 years ago. He is almost double the size now.

I would have to say a French Lop. Though a Holland has that wide face, so does a French Lop have that type of face too. The ears are a bit thinner, making them look shorter to me. If he's double his size, definitely a Frenchie. Know someone who breeds them. Loved looking at her stock, watching them grow into big French lops.

Sweet boy!

Sorry, but he looks obese. He doesn't really have the frenchie look to him and his ears are quite short, which probably makes him a Holland-Frenchie or Holland-Mini cross. If that rabbit is actually 15 pounds I would get him on a better diet fast!

To me he looks more like an overweight Mini lop with a slipped crown. But could be a french if he weighs that much more now. Mini lops weigh 5 and a half to 6 and a half but its easy to get them to 7 if u are not watching their feed especially. We have a couple does that when free fed when on a litter will gain almost two pounds and look FAT!
