just looks like a generic meat rabbit, potentially with some lop influence behind it.

I had some that when it was warm their ears flopped a little. They looked a bit like your rabbit.

Sort of airplane ears--maybe a lop ancestor. I kinda have always loved the look!

Looks like a mutt with some lop, some meat rabbit, and some small breed

That just looks like a new zealand white with weak ear carriage to me.
