What a Team! The "Pups" Make Dessert!

I just thought I'd make y'all drool over our dessert tonight...

This was a communal effort by my "pups" and was days in the making. Firstpup (15) baked a brownie base in a loaf pan while his brother Colliepup (10) made homemade peppermint ice cream. Firstpup then packed the bread pan with the ice cream and put it in the freezer to set up.

My daughter Queenpup (almost 14) plated the confection for us this evening.

It was so-o-o good! The smooth creamy ice cream... crispy corners on the brownie... and lovely visual presentation. *Swoon!*

My Pups have found a "Forever Home" here for sure! :lol:
