Vacuum sealer = Game changer

Finally pulled the trigger on a vacuum sealer to seal our rabbits after processing. We just did a test run with it and it works amazing. Looking forward to process day next week to put this thing to the test. Also plan on using it on venison and fish.

Vacuum sealers are worth every penny if it's a good one. Wouldn't be without one anymore. Glad you got one. You can do so much with them. Including marinating faster.

Going to try marinating some chicken this way overnight for a BBQ tomorrow. Nervous about sealing the bag with liquid inside but we will see how it goes lol
