Finally pulled the trigger on a vacuum sealer to seal our rabbits after processing. We just did a test run with it and it works amazing. Looking forward to process day next week to put this thing to the test. Also plan on using it on venison and fish.
Been looking into them myself.
What brand/model did you go with?

We got a Food saver brand from Walmart on sale for $89.99 Canadian.
Foodsavers are great. The older ones were far superior as far as life expectancy but they are still good. I have had many over the years before going all in on a chamber vacuum sealer. My warning is foodsaver bags aren't the thickest and can leak so if you are thawing things or marinating put the bag in something that can catch any leaks if there are any. Made that mistake plenty of times. Especially with anything that has bones that can poke the bags when moving them around.

Good tip, thanks!
