Ok I thought it was time for a update, first let me say thank you all for the advice. Timothy is doing great and has gained some weight. And is a horrible beggar. I think he learned it from watching the chinchillas. I think I may have found the sweetest, funniest bunny in the world. He is so very funny, and so far I haven't found an animal he doesn't like. He cuddles with my dog on the couch (much to my dogs horror) I have gotten him potty trained. And then on a whim I started taking him out in the backyard with me. I figured it is fully fenced and he loves running around doing crazy leaps. He sits on the porch with the dogs. And well the weirdest thing is he chases the chickens. Yup! He seems to delight in chasing them all over the yard. I am not sure why he doesn't do anything if they stop but if they run, he runs after them. Today he was chasing them in circles around the cherry tree. :bunnyhop: He also follows me around the yard if I am out there. And if I stop and sit down he will come over and put his little front paws in my lap and just sit with me. My husband says it's quite funny to watch a bunny chasing my around the yard as I do my chores. And when it is time to go in I call our Bun Bun and he comes running straight to me. Is this normal? ANyways it is safe to say Timothy has found a forever home. He head butts me all the time to get pet and sleeps creepy laying on his side like he is dead! That sure freaked me out a few times in the beginning. When I let him out in the house he is all over going up and down the stairs. He likes to sit very quietly in my lap during tv time. he just tucks his head under my chin.

How precious, Mariahk! :D

He sounds like a wonderful furry character, and like he loves you and his home. Timothy is a very fortunate rabbit!

We actually have a whole thread devoted to rabbits that sleep like they're dead! You might get a laugh from it, and maybe you can post a picture of Timothy! dead-rabbit-picture-thread-t9923.html

Awww, how lucky you two are to have found each other!

I assume you have also seen the "bunny flop" they do when they decide it is nap time? :p

Just look at the love and gratitude in that face! So happy it is going well for you.

Sometimes, our loving furry friends find US.

That's a wonderful rabbit to have :) Reminds me of my Jack. There are some that have the most colorful personalities. So nice that he has found a forever home with you. Hope he fills your life with many joys and laughter :D

Just had to share Timothy chasing a chicken

I don't know why he likes doing this so much. then he comes over and sits with me like nothing just happened

 I have never heard of a rabbit chasing chickens! How cute!
He is a beautiful rabbit. And so healthy looking!

I think he's not so much "chasing" as just encouraging them to run :) Our little dogs did that with one of the rabbits that "escaped" into the back yard....they were just having a fun game of run and chase. To bad the rabbit didn't realize that...I'm sure he thought it was life and death and they'd kill him if they caught him...poor thing. I felt bad for him but the dogs had a huge amount of fun for a few minutes.

Timothy looks like about the happiest bun I've ever seen :) I love a happy ending, too!

Our first buck got the name Bowler because he would wait for the chickens to get into a nice tight group and then BAM! He would rush into them just to watch them scatter like nine pins.

Your boyo looks like he is having just as much fun!

 He looks fantastic! So glad he found you! :)

The other chickens look like their saying "HaHa Timothy isn't chasing me...."

my friend found a bunny (hiding in her tree) and he loves to chase her chickens!
(but right now he has a broken paw)
It's so funny because he chases the hens then the biggest hen chases him!
