Treating Glaucoma? (With pictures)

[Mini Lop Fan]

I believe one of my Mini Lop bucks is developing glaucoma. He can still see, but his eyelid is becoming inflamed and is beginning to get a white cast over his iris, plus his eyes have become runny. I've done some research, and I can't find any specific cures. I've also heard glaucoma is hereditary, is that true? Is it still possible to treat if it is hereditary? I thankfully haven't been using him to breed my stock if that is the case.

JMHO, --I would first treat for an eye infection..
as it looks exactly like one..
also pull back/up on the eye lids ,just enough to see if there is junk, or hair under the eye lid..
