Could someone tell me the general sizes/dimensions of the Travel Cages? You know, small, medium and large breed sizes?
Seems like the hardest part of making the cages is the pan, which I am searching for now. But no idea if I'll be able to find 3 sizes that fit within an inch of the cage's size.
Thanks!

What weight rabbit is that size for?
Thanks.

About 8 lbs - 12 lbs. I calculated the amount of space I have in my vechicle and the average number of rabbits I would be transporting.... and that's how I came up with those dimensions. They still have enough room to turn around, but its snug enough that if I have to emergency break they wont go flying.

The only pans I am finding are the ones below. I guess they will have to be all multiple rabbit cages. But should I go up the inch or two for the cage or go down instead?
14 x 24 x 3 =$14.50
24 x 24 x 2.5 =$16.25
18 x 24 x 2.5 =$15

These are the full cage footprints with proper size sections;
16x16
12x24
16x24

And these are the sections for each footprint;
16x16
double 8x16

12x24
quadruple 6x12

16x24
double 12x16
triple 8x16
quadruple 8x12

So then, what size rabbit fits into which compartment?
What is the best height? I've seen 10in and 12in, is 12 for the larger rabbits/compartments and the 10 would be for the small/medium breeds and compartments?
Would it be possible to make them all 10in instead or just all 12?

Mainly, I need weights and where they fit in, seems like most have either young 4-6# rabbits or adult 8-9# meat breeders.
