Standard Rex, Tunis sheep and chickens

Hi all. I'm Karen in Lawton, Oklahoma. I raised rabbits in the 1980s - Rex and English Angora. I'm finally coming back around to raising rabbits again. I just bought some standard Rex. I had a mini Rex, but decided to go back to the original Rex. Just what works for me. No offense to other breeders or of the breed. I also don't think I'll do angoras right now. Blanc d'Hotot, maybe.

I also have chickens, Americana crosses mostly. I get green eggs and olive eggs. I have a few brown egg laying hens as well as well.

I also raise Tunis sheep. Hoping to start milking a few come January. I love having sheep that take a few sessions and they are halter broke!

I love genetics. I used to raise horses and that was so fun working out the genetics! I'm looking forward to learning more about color genetics!

I also raise rex rabbits (standard & mini) and I love the breed. Never had angora before, but that sounds cool!
