On of our lionhead does just kindled 5. She built a shoddy next and has pulled very little fur. The rabbits are housed in our home which is kept at 72. I have a couple ziploc bags of fur from my mini lop that pulls fur now and then. The lop is housed in another part of the house about 15 feet away. Should I just see what the doe does or would adding the fur be of any help.

I'd give her a few hours to pull more...but if it really looks like they aren't in a nice enough nest, I'd add the fur in. However I'd also wait for more experienced breeders to chime in first, too, since I'm still pretty new.

Wait 24 hours if nothing happens put fur in front of the nesting box but not in it yourself. Let the doe put it into there the way she likes it.
