Hello! Welcome to the forum.
Nice! I’d love to see some pics and description of your set-up. I’m keeping mine in a group of three Suskovich chicken tractors and a rectangular tractor I built for chicks.
I’ve stapled 2x4 wire to the bottoms and it seems to be working well to keep them from digging out. They’re kind of hard to clean the deep litter out of, but otherwise they work okay. I move the babies out of the moms/kits tractor to the chick tractor once they’re big enough, and then separate boys & girls into the two other tractors. I’m thinking I’ll move them all into the barn soon, though, and keep the tractors for the ducks when they decide they want to sleep somewhere other than in & around the pond.
I’ll take some pics tomorrow if you’re interested. I’m really curious to know more about what you’re doing with your buns.
