First time trying liver from our rabbits. We fried up two large onions and 2 tbsp of chopped garlic in butter in a cast iron skillet. Coated the liver pieces in flower and some Meat Church Holy Voodoo BBQ rub and fried for 2 minutes on each side. It turned out fantastic. I've only ever had beef and venison liver before but this was just as good if not better. Maybe I'll save some for the kids to try when they get home from school.... maybe.
