I'm sorry you haven't found a job yet, you will, just keep at it.

Your pig is so cute, I don't know why but I never thought about the pot bellies and bacon together. Full size pigs just get so big, too big for me to want around kids but now you have me thinking. Keep us updated on him.

I like the idea of raising smaller more manageable animals for food. DH works allot so I do most of the work around here by myself. I am thinking Potbelly bacon sounds wonderful....

Sorry the job with the kennel didn't happen but from the sounds of it, that's for the best. Besides, it means you are ready and able when the perfect job comes your way! Just keep looking!
