Normally I wait at least a month-and-a-half (preferably two months) before allowing a new rabbit to get anywhere near the ones I already have. But what is the shortest length of time one can quarantine a rabbit and still be reasonably sure they don't have some horrible contagious disease?
I want to know because I just found out that the doe I plan to pick up sometime this week is actually old enough to breed, and I'd like to put her to my buck as soon as possible...but I will NOT risk the safety of my rabbits, ANY of them, for my impatience.![Stick out tongue :p :p](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
