He is going to be hooked. He called us grandparents.
My Mom said the same thing to me when my doe first kindled. :D

I'm sure DeeDee will kindle in her own good time! She is probably just waiting to show us all that she has her plans and does not care a fig for when we all say she should kindle. :D

We'll have to resurrect this thread in March, when I've got a hope of more than nine as a final answer
 3mina yes we will, I cant wait thats for sure. I will have a min of 7 does to breed then. Depending on whats born this week. Like the Broken Blacks in Lucky's litter , Im hoping for a doe or 2 out of that one. The rest are for Freezer camp unless one is a superior candidate

So while I'm here in popple famine land, the otter doe I was suppose to get at the end of August, had a "surprise" litter at the breeders house, sired by her brother. The breeder usually does not breed her does till they are 8 mos old, and the does I got from her won't even look a buck till they are eight mos old, so she was quite surprised at this litter at 6 mos. She emailed me, a little horrified, but I am so excited, 7 popples, and two are chocolate otters!!! Can I count those in my count?

If you get to keep them, count them!

I just emailed her to see if she can just sell me the doe and the litter, like she did with Scream. She posted some of the kits for sell, on a Rex page, but forget about others, me first!!! At least now, I'm buying a proven doe, instead of a jr. maiden doe.

I've got "0" popples here. But I caught a buck falling off in one of the colony pens today. So hoping for kits in the next 30 days. Oh and bred one of the JW does today too.
