Poop - and nothing but poop

During our butchering today, I cut open a stomach because I wanted to see what was inside. Nothing but poop. Not any grass, not any pulverized pellets. JUST poop!

We opened some other stomachs and they looked great - a little or no poop, lots of grass and digesting pellets.

Why would a rabbit only have poop in its stomach? What's going on?

when did you harvest it, rabbits eat their night poo, it's part of how their digestion works and get 'fermented' B vitamins etc.

I have seen that, too... I think maybe it forms up like that before going through the intestines. Not sure, though.
