What great pictures!! I love the uniforms our 4H club has nothing like that. We get T-shirts made up. It looks like the kids had a great time.

Great pictures! The uniforms look really cute.

Have a question, your kids entered an ARBA show and were showing in youth, right? And the kids showing in youth do the showmanship part whereas in open the judge does all the handling of the rabbit. Is that correct?

Our 4Hs here have waiting lists and I told my 11 yr old that he can just try it at the Jersey show in Sept. So, he has been watching lots of videos and practicing with a few different rabbits. He is working on me to buy him an angora. :)

Beautiful kids you have there!

I love the candid shots, where your kids are interacting with the rabbits and judges. :)

I'm really looking forward to meeting you at a rabbit show and getting our kids together someday. :p

Laura this is a county fair and is not ARBA sanctioned. My 10 year old daughter has shown in ARBA sanctioned shows but not showmanship. She wants to now though. This was her first time showing and got 9th. I think there were 10 kids in her group not sure though. By this time she was exhausted and had a bad headache. She had been showing a few hours at this point and had to still show her meat pen. By the time for meat pen pictures she was almost in tears. Afterwards while her older siblings finished she curled upon a bench and slept. She was a trooper.

Momma I would love to meet up with you someday. Will have to make it happen. What shows are you planning on?

Planning? Er- what's that?

I can't remember quite where you are in Ca. :? North of me I think? I'm in Kern County, about 50 miles northeast of Bakersfield.

We'll have to see what shows would be most convenient for both of our families. :)

I am in Willows north of Sacramento. I am planning on going to a show up in Reno nv in June 15th if I can afford it. I also noticed a show in in Fresno on June 1st. Will see if I can make that one. I would like to make Grants Pass in September to far for you probably.
