I have not had any nestbox Eye in any of my litters ever but I would like to know how do each of you guys prevent it or try to prevent?

Clean the nest box out just before the kits' eyes open - around day 7-8. Salvage clean fur but change everything else. Check the kits regularly for signs of problems.
I use a warm compress of chamomile tea on a cotton ball if there are stuck eyes. I just hold it there for a few minutes so it can start to dissolve the gunk and the eye can open. I usually apply some Terramycin eye ointment once the eye is open and clean.

Thank you MaggieJ thats great simple advice. I Clean the nest box either way.. maybe thats why none of them have gotten nestbox Eye! 
I will keep the chamomile tea in mind if it ever happens.
