There is a picture of her here is-she-a-french-angora-t13032.html but, with my life in turmoil, she isn't getting the grooming she needs and keeps matting up and its bad for her.
She has the softest, long, thick wool I have ever felt and, when I have time, I can flip her over to groom her belly and hold her on her side to get there too. Being a rescue bunny with no history or past facts to go on its hard to tell much about her but she was once someones much groomed rabbit, that much is for sure.
I went ahead and bred her to my big NZ buck and she did have two kits but they both died so she is rebred to him. She lifted so high he had a hard time finding "it"
Her failing to mother her kits was sad but, as we don't know her age or history, it may have been her first litter so she got a pass to try again and I bred another good doe the same day so I could foster if she failed again.
But, as I said, my life is up in the air right now so she really needs a good home with someone who knows the French Angora work load so, if anyone is near enough to South East Georgia and can give her what she needs, I will be grateful.
I thought about posting in the rehoming section but she really needs a wool home! I'm going to miss her though, she is such a sweet heart!
