What kind of steel is this?

Got this kit from my chinchilla (possibly sable chin) buck and a chestnut doe. It doesn't look like my STS or GTS kits...ideas?

He looks like a sable steel to me. Sable makes the ticking light (silver-tipped), makes the black not-quite-black, and shows up in those darker shadings on his nose and feet.
