Lop rabbit with one ear up and one down

I had a litter of rabbits and one of the baby lops has one ear down and one ear up and I'm planing on keeping this one to add to my pets. The father is a lop and the mother has straight ears.

Am I correct to assume both ears will flop down over time?

they may or may not. Is the mom an unlopped lop?

The good news is, both ears are down so I've got myself a nice mini lop which I will be hanging onto, however its a bit under weight and I need to make sure its getting enough to eat. I'm hoping to sell the rest of the liter once they are 8 weeks old and the mini lop I will leave with the mother and monitor its weight and then I'll be getting the mother doe castrated because she is not the right rabbit for breeding.
