Ive got 3 lil cutie pies the mama is harlequin magpie an i believe the father is either giant flemish or new zealand red. Can anyone tell yet

Photos of the buck would be a better way to identify what cross the kits are. If you bought an already bred doe, you could 1) ask the person you purchased the doe from what the buck was or 2) wait for the kits to become full-grown and try to make your best guess. But, as stated, it will be difficult to determine a breed of a cross.
 
Rabbit breed is determined mostly by what their parentage / pedigree is, and also by what they look like (phenotype).

ex. two New Zealands will give you more New Zealands. A mixed breed rabbit that looks like a New Zealand can be entered in an ARBA show as a New Zealand.

What can be said about these is their coloring. Colors appear to be Harlequin (Orange with dark markings), Magpie (white with black markings) and what I would guess is a REM (ruby-eyed white) or a Magpie, depending upon if there are markings that just can't be seen in the pic on the white one.
