Is this Amaranth? Plus mystery vine...

Is this amaranth? I know we have Prickly Amaranth as it's already got a seed head on it. This isn't prickly but I know there are difference types.

And what is this? It's growing wild in my neighbors very weedy corral next to the above. Almost looks like pumpkin?

It is definitely a vine.

I'm not familiar with the first plant but the second looks more like zucchini to me or another summer squash - they can all hybridize and create some weird and wonderful fruits

Lol that sounds like fun! I'll have to keep an eye on it and see if it produces anything. I have no idea why it would be growing there. It's not like they dump scraps or anything there. I guess it's possible a horse could have pooped out a seed?

Anyone have any guesses about the top one?
