About two weeks ago, I bred my blue doe, Breezy. Her bits were all dark pink bordering on purple, and she was so eager to be bred she'd assume the position if you so much as touched her hips. She lifted for the buck several times on two different occasions.
I tried to palpate today and felt...nothing. BUT, she was all kinds of tense...I wonder if she was too tense to feel anything.
I put her in with the buck, and she wanted none of that. It's a good sign when they reject breeding, right? Suggests she's baking some little kits in there, yes? I hope?
I swear the suspense is KILLING ME. I palpated Liz, too, she feels plumper and I thought I felt some little tiny grape-y things. But not sure. Gods I suck at palpating. Wish these darn does came with a "fast forward" feature, I want Breezy's kits NOW!!! I mean I'm also excited about Liz's kits, but...BREEZY, make kits!!!
So do I continue assuming she's preggo?
EDIT: maybe a little less than two weeks, my day planner got left in my car and I'm lazy, LOL.
