So yes, I can have meat, eggs, cheese, fish free choice and reasonable quantities of non-starchy vegetables. I can have butter, fat, nuts etc. in reasonable amounts. No flour, sugar, fruit, grain, potatoes, starchy veggies etc. And no popcorn!
