How to get a rabbit to loose a little weight?

So, I just check 2 of our does weights and they are a smidge overweight right now. How is the best, most healthy way, to get them to loose a couple of ounces? We have a show next weekend so I am hoping that we can get them back to into the allowed weight range before then. For example, 1 of the does is at 4.02 pounds and max weight is 3.12.

That is almost 1/2 lb overweight. She won't lose that in a week.

Otherwise a diet of mostly hay and increased exercise helps.

Try placing a piece of Four By four or PVC pipe between the feeder and Water source.
The rabbit will climb or jump over it forcing it to exercise each time it eats or drinks.
