Hello from NZ

Hello all, I'm new to rabbits, with some ambitious goals for rabbits in NZ. I'm north island, so warm conditions. Yes I know rabbits are a wild pest. But theyre not farmed here in the main! I have 5 rabbits, 3 rex and 2 NZ Whites - bought the 2 NZW as 2 sisters with future ideas to breed with a Cali boy for meat, but they've turned out to be brother and sister! Our gene pool in NZ is really limited for non-pet rabbits, so hoping to be able to get those good weights at 11-12 weeks old, but the odds look like they're stacked against me! Anyone else from NZ on here raising meat rabbits? Any tips?

Your rabbits should always have many things to chew on so you don't have to worry about that
