The other day i was feeding a kindle of about 2 months in age. I noticed one of them had their head tilted to the side but i thought that could have just been because it was right next to mama eating. However, the next day it was more pronounced and it was panting. I put a few drops of ivermectine (spelling) on it as i thought it might be ear mites (hutch is off the ground, not a pen). The next day was even worst as it kept it's head pointed upward and was pretty much just panting in place...ears were cold and lips were blue. Sadly, i felt i had to dispatch it because i felt it was suffering.
I only enjoy this hobby when all my babies are healthy and i want to keep that as the norm. In order to be a good shepard, I would like to know if anyone has any experience along these lines. I would like to know what to do in the future.
