My late father's best friend recently enjoyed his 92nd birthday. Both he and his wife are in excellent shape both physically and mentally.
Is it coincidence that they have always provided their own food, buying very few groceries from the store?
Of course it could be genetics or a combination of both but I'm inclined to believe it's mostly diet & exercise.
I'm scared to research what goes into our food.

I agree, that those that live old fashioned and have their natural foods are probably better off than most of us. I know I like foods that probably have elements that are not good for me.
Did the dinner go well? And great that they are in the 90s.

And it's just how they were raised. I suspect that they don't do a lot of internet time.
My 96 year old dad just told me about his thoughts on my brothers new wife. First thing he said was how she is growing a big garden so a good person. Man I love my dad
