Just returned from a double show. My bunnies took BOB at both (2 different rabbits) and BOS of the second too.
Lots of firsts for me today. It was really exciting. I've never had a BOB rabbit, let alone 2 of them.
I've never had a registered rabbit. Now I have 2 of them. I will be able to register 4 more once they become of age, and once I get the weights for the pedigrees.
I've never had a BOS before either.
I sold a non-pedigreed bunny. Not 3 minutes after I sold her, the rabbit took BOV and about an hour after that I finally made contact with the original breeder, who I've been looking for since June, and I may actually be able to come up with a pedigree. I still own her sister.
I was able to find and purchase a really nice solid black torte buck. Everything in my barn is broken, so he will be good to breed babies back to. He has 3 or 4 legs and is only a year and a half old himself. He's out of LLE lines. Anyone know who that is?
