Gas, tons of babies, two pregnancies?

as you guys know I have two adult rabbit, lily and mus and as you also know they had a litter a month ago. well Lily’s belly has been growing for the last week or two. At first I thought that since I kept them together before lily gave birth that she might have another pregnancy but it would be the 40th day if mus bred her the last chance he got so that can’t be. I bred her three days ago and her belly looks like she is at the end of her pregnancy so I am starting to worry that it might be gas. in terms of what I feed her in the morning I feed her a sweet potato or a carrot, water spinach, tomatoes and any old green vegetables (not broccoli) and at night I give her grass and two leafy greens that I don’t know what they are. I can post a picture of the two greens if you want?

I think that she is sliming down but I am not sure. And she is acting normal like before so I am not sure.

From what I’ve heard I don’t think rabbits are suppose to eat tomatoes it can kill them. Maybe you should just give her pellets and hay?

O no I didn’t realize that tomato can kill rabbits. I don’t want to feed pellets and I don’t have hay I only have fresh grass. sorry I forgot grass in the list.

The green parts can be toxic, red fruit is harmless. I don't have problems with toxic plants since mine simply don't eat the plants after a test nibble, but someone here reported that her rabbit got serious problems after eating tomato plant leafs. My rabbits are used to grazing on their own.

Grass imo is the better, fresh version of hay. Whenever possible I feed forage.

Yes, looks big, but with nursing does imo that is quite normal, they eat a lot more and assuming the food needs the same time to go through there is much more in there being digested.
