finally.. I have babies in the box!

four polish babies and.....

Tada.... my first ALIVE holland lop babies in .. oh way too long.

And if I hadn't been having health issues and gone out for a short walk out back I wouldn't have found them until morning and they probably would have been dead. Stevie made a small attempt at a nest, but not a good enough for winter weather nest.

So I bundled her and the kits up and brought them into the house.

I have babies again!!!!!!!! Fancy stock babies!!!!!!!!!!

two more kits today, from a different doe that I was positive hadn't taken... she built no nest.. it was just really really good timing for when I went out as they were just starting to get chilled.

I fostered those kits to another doe as two kits + winter = dead kits even if I bring them in and out constantly.

SIX KITS today.. WOOT WOOT!!!!
