does birth size matter

My doe just had 4 normal size kits and one huge kit,will that kit grow to be the largest or will they all catch up eventually

I have seen this: Many of the small ones will catch up... maybe about 75%. But, there always seem to be some small ones that just don't. I think I have seen that if they are going to catch up, you can see it happening within the first few weeks.
