Not unless they are a hermaphrodite, which would be a very rare instance where the animal is both a male and a female.
You might be mistaking the little pockets (actually anal glands) on either side of the sex organ that contain a musky smelling substance for testicles.
However, if what you are seeing is smooth skin covering roundish objects, those would be testicles and you have a male rabbit not a female.
Young rabbits are hard for many people to sex, so when a girl rabbit suddenly becomes a boy or vice versa, we joke that the "Sex change fairy" :wizard: has paid a visit! :lol:
