Colour Help Please!! Lionhead

I am new to lionheads as I have previously been in the wonderful world of Rex and Mini Rex and my colours there have been Blue, Black, otters, Chinchilla, and various brokens. Never before have I ever owned a Tortoise rabbit of any kind. I recently acquired some lionheads and this dude is one of the kits from the first litter. He is approximately 15 weeks old. Would he be considered a Black Tort?

Thank you for confirming it for me. I struggle to differentiate between the black torts and the chocolates some times and this guy will be pedigree so I wanted to make sure I got it right in his ped.
