Chocolate Tort ??

I think it would be really hard to tell from just this one pic. Do you have anymore with really good lighting?
I'd say black tort, even if the ears are lighter than in the photo.
It is impossible for a chocolate rabbit to produce black pigment so their whiskers ear trim and even toe nails are all brown.
Not all torts are dark, there is a huge range and some can almost look like oranges or fawns because they have very little in the way of dark points. My sable points tort kits look like fawns with orange bellies
while my frosties torts are very dark which is preferred on the show table.
