Hi Rabbit friends:
I am a total newbie here. I just had my first two litters of NZ whites. I have a buck, a Cali, and two NZ whites in 30x24x18 cages. This is their first breeding for the 3 of them. I was expecting about 5-6 bunnies for each doe, but one got 10 and the other one 12. I don't know if they will all make it, but if most do, I imagine that after 10 days or so, their cages will be too small.
Do you think it would be advisable for me to change them to a bigger cage or not? They are 3 and 4 days old right now. I was thinking of waiting for a few more days, but I am not sure if this is a good idea in the first place.
Thanks for your input.
Julio
