The wife has a condition where her BP is low, but her HR is high. It's a problem with her pacemaker (the natural one, not an artificial one) that she has had to see an electrophysiologist about. The reason I mention this is that one of the possible effects of this condition is stroke or TIA. You might want to ask about it.
