Buck rabbit missing patches of fur

Woke up this morning to see my Buck rabbit with missing patches of fur. Any idea on what may have caused this. PS: he stays with a doe in the same hutch

either hair pulling , or mites-- if the doe is pulling his hair you might want to find another home for your buck.
If they actually fight, it is a big mess...

I've had a doe do that to a buck, too. Shaved off a big patch on his back. The skin was unharmed, but he got a buzzcut on a big patch. Does the doe need extra protein or keratin or whatever it is hair is made from? Maybe one of those pregnancy cravings sorta things?
