Breeding in a Colony Setup

Do you keep nest-boxes close to each-other? Or will does attack the each-others litters?

If they need to be farther apart, how far?

I would space them out as much as possible. I find in a colony that the rabbits prefer a tunnel or closed box to an open nestbox. When I had two does kindling at the same time, more or less, there was one tunnel and two open boxes. They both kindled in the same nest, inside the tunnel.
