Blue or Lilac Tort?

Could someone please tell me if my little guy is a blue or lilac tort? It seems very hard to tell the difference. Thanks!

I'm guessing VM Lilac Tort, but that's just a guess... I've never seen Lilac Mini Lops (or anything, really, in person lol)

I too think he is lilac (blue and chocolate tort) he doesn't seem blue enough ( if that makes sense :mrgreen: ) and his points seem too light to be a blue tort ( see picture of my blue tort)

BUT

not all torts have significantly darker points - what colour are the parents and is there chocolate in his bloodlines?

His sire is a BEW. This is his dam. I don't know much about color, but maybe broken chocolate?

I don't have his pedigree because I bought him as a pet only. I also have his brother, who is a vm blue, if that helps.

It does help the chances are good you've got a lilac tort.

I agree that his dam looks like a chocolate and since she had a blue kit she must also carry blue.

The BEW sire must carry blue, or be blue and also carry chocolate to produce a blue and a lilac kit.
